New garage with screen porch addition on the back. This project was the fourth for these homeowners over many years of restoring and improving this beautiful craftsman home. This client is an avid gardener, so the project was scheduled around the transplanting of a beautiful perennial Pink Lady's Slipper flower. For the garage, we worked with the architect to provide a more modern, functional shape, while keeping the historical details like stucco and wood corbels of the existing home. The screen porch on the backyard side features a full 14’ wall of stained cedar v-groove & beaded fir ceiling. Design by Locus Architecture.
